Customer Privacy & Company Confidentiality Policy

All information and other materials concerning A Plus Pro Solutions are confidential and employees and contractors are required to observe such confidentiality at all times, unless or until such information forms or becomes part of information in the public domain whereupon to the extent it is public the obligation shall cease.
In case of uncertainty, employees and contractors shall treat all information and material as confidential until a clearance is obtained from A Plus Pro Solutions.
All employees and contractors are to take all reasonable steps to minimise the risk of disclosure of confidential information by ensuring that only employees or contractors whose duties will require them to possess any of such information shall have access of such confidential information, and A Plus Pro Solutions will instruct those authorised employees or contractors to treat the same as confidential.
It is a condition of employment and contractor engagement that an employee or contractor will not, either during your employment or contract of engagement with A Plus Pro Solutions or after termination of that employment or contract, divulge either directly or indirectly to any person or company any confidential information which the employee or contractor may acquire during the employee’s service with, or contractor’s provision of services to, A Plus Pro Solutions concerning the affairs or property of A Plus Pro Solutions or any of the clients of A Plus Pro Solutions or any business, property or transaction in which A Plus Pro Solutions or any of its clients may be or may have been concerned or interested.
Except as is reasonably necessary in order to perform the employee’s or contractor’s duties the employee or contractor will not:

a) seek to obtain information which may be confidential to which the employee or contractor have not been granted access;
b) remove any confidential information from the premises of A Plus Pro Solutions;
c) make any copies of confidential information; or
d) bring any computer software or memory devices on to the premises of A Plus Pro Solutions without written permission.

Employee(s) and Contractor(s) will not either as principal, employee or agent carry on or be engaged or concerned or interested directly or indirectly in any trade, business or occupation which is the same as that carried on by A Plus Pro Solutions within the duration of the Employee’s employment with A Plus Pro Solutions.
The client privacy and company confidentiality obligations set out in this Policy survive the termination of the Employee’s service with, or contractor’s provision of services to, A Plus Pro Solutions indefinitely.
Any breach of this Client Privacy & Company Confidentiality Policy by any employee or contractor will be deemed serious misconduct and a fundamental breach of an employee’s employment contract/agreement or contractor agreement. A Plus Pro Solutions reserves the right to terminate an employee’s employment contract/agreement or contractor agreement for serious misconduct and/or fundamental breach by the employee(s) or contractor(s) in such circumstances.
